At Welcome Home Properties, we are pleased to offer pet-friendly accommodations. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, please review our detailed pet policy below:

-While we welcome dogs, we kindly request that guests refrain from bringing cats due to potential allergies among staff and other guests. Thank you for your understanding.

-Please be aware that additional fees for bringing pets will be applied to your reservation. These fees help us maintain the property in top condition for all guests.

– For the safety of all our guests and their pets, dogs must be kept on a leash whenever they are outside a fenced-in area. This includes common areas and when entering or exiting the property.

– Pet owners are required to clean up after their pets immediately. We provide waste disposal bags in designated areas for your convenience.

– To keep our properties clean and comfortable, pets are not allowed on any furniture or in the swimming pool at any time. If any evidence of pets is found on the furniture, an additional cleaning fee will be deducted from your security deposit.

– For the health and safety of all guests, pets must be up-to-date on flea and tick medication before arriving. If any fleas or ticks are discovered on the property, a cleaning and extermination fee of $500 will be assessed.

– Please note that homeowners will not be held responsible for any illness or injury that may occur as a result of pets being present on the premises. It is the pet owner’s responsibility to ensure the well-being of their pets and to prevent any incidents.

Each of our properties features assigned parking spots specifically allocated for each house, ensuring convenience for all guests. If you would like to know the exact number of parking spaces available for a particular property, we invite you to reach out to our reservations team. They will be happy to provide detailed information and assist with any questions you may have.

At Welcome Home Properties, all of our swimming pools are equipped with heaters that reach a comfortable temperature of 85 degrees F.   The heating systems are turned on each year on September 15 and are shut down on March 15, allowing for enjoyable swimming throughout the cooler months.

If you would like to request that the pool be heated during your stay, contact our Reservations team at least 72 hours before arrival. This advance notice allows us to ensure the pool is adequately prepared for your enjoyment.

Please be reminded that all guests utilize the pool facilities at their own risk. We encourage everyone to prioritize safety while enjoying the pool.

Late check-in and late check-out requests can be made up to 24 hours before your arrival for an additional fee of $20 per hour. To maximize your experience, consider reserving the night before your arrival or the night of your departure. This way, you can enjoy an entire day of activities and relaxation.

Check-in time is 4:00 PM EST, and check-out time is 10:00 AM EST.

Unauthorized early check-ins or late check-outs will incur a fee of $100 for each hour.

You will receive the check-in instructions via the email address you used to make the booking 72 hours before your arrival. This email will contain all the important information you need for your stay, including:

1. **Property Address**: The complete address of the location where you will be staying.

2. **Unique Code for Keyless Entry**: Your personal access code that will allow you to enter the property without a physical key.

3. **Contact Information**: How to reach us during your stay, should you have any questions or need assistance.

4. **House Rules**: Important guidelines to ensure a pleasant experience for both you and future guests.

Yes, according to the Code of Ordinance, Chapter 18, Jacksonville Beach, Florida, noise ordinance includes limits on noise levels, restrictions on outdoor music, and rules for animals: 

  • Noise levels

    The maximum allowable noise level is 65 decibels from 7 AM to 10 PM and 60 decibels from 10 PM to 7 AM. 

  • Outdoor music

    Businesses with a permit can play low-volume outdoor music until 10 PM. The music must be at a level where people standing 36 inches apart can converse normally. 

  • Animals
    It’s illegal for an animal to bark, meow, whine, or howl continuously for 20 minutes or longer. 

Your security deposit will be released 7 days after your departure unless there are deductions.  To ensure a seamless checkout experience, we encourage you to carefully review our policies and adhere to the provided instructions.
