Mike and his team were extremely accommodating and responsive. The AC downstairs went out and Mike's team replaced the entire unit on the same day! The house is very nice, the beds are comfy unlike most Airbnb's I have stayed in. Great neighborhood and very close walk to the beach. I will definitely be booking with Welcome Home Rentals again.

Amazing location, the place is high end and totally redone. Very spacious with a big kitchen we loved cooking in. Pool as putting green were very fun as well.
What can I say… Apres Sea was perfect. Stayed here for a getaway for 4 nights and it was beyond expectations. Host is extremely responsive and was able to coordinate both an early check-in and extension for an additional night. Furthermore, they helped with local recommendations and information about events going on in town.
The home is immaculate, the kitchen is fully stocked with anything you can need, the bedrooms are large and modern with the most comfortable bedding. Even the towels and throw blankets were soft and felt brand new. We got our use of the pool which was clean and heated; however, the best part was the extremely short walk to the beach (which was also just as clean and not packed at all).
I will definitely be staying here again and highly recommend that anyone considering Jacksonville for a trip book this home if it is available.

This beach house was the perfect getaway spot! The home was bright, clean, and beautifully decorated with a relaxed coastal vibe. Everything felt thoughtfully designed—from the comfortable beds and well-stocked kitchen to the spacious living area where we could unwind after a day at the beach.One of the highlights was the outdoor space—there was a great patio area with seating and a grill, perfect for evening dinners or morning coffee with an ocean breeze. The house also had all the beach essentials ready for us: chairs, towels, an umbrella, even a cooler, which made heading to the beach super easy.The location was ideal—peaceful and quiet, but just a short walk to the shoreline and close to shops and restaurants. The host, Welcome Home Rentals, was very communicative and made sure we had everything we needed for a smooth stay.Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a comfortable, well-equipped home near the beach. We'd absolutely come back!
