The previous occupants checked out late. This caused the maids cleaning the home to run late as well, so the maids were there when we checked in. They were kind enough to let us in the home, even though they hadn’t finished cleaning yet.
My family and I had such a wonderful weekend here. This is the first Airbnb I’ve stayed in that I couldn’t find any issues! The house itself is amazing - big enough for 12 people to be in and not feel on top of each other. The kitchen and dining room were awesome for meals together and game nights. The backyard and pool area was so nice. We enjoyed the sitting area and being able to watch March madness while the kids were swimming. What stood out the most for us is how well stocked the house is. Towels, wash cloths, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, kitchen supplies, truly everything we needed was already there. We would love to return here in the future!
We visited recently for 4 nights as a home base for a golf trip for 4 friends. The home was exactly as described, was clean, and covered a ton of space. The beds were extremely clean and comfortable (I’ve never slept so well), the kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed, and the back yard was a private little oasis. I would recommend this property without any doubt and would not hesitate to return again for our next trip to the area. The hosts communicated very well with clear instructions and were available to assist with any questions or when needed. Thanks for a great stay!
Our house was absolutely beautiful! The house was fully stocked with beach chairs, bikes, towels, and had all kitchen needs! The pool with putting green was perfect for adults and kids. The neighborhood was quiet, and a short 2 block walk to the beach. We would go back in a heartbeat. Thank you!
The house was perfect and in a really nice neighborhood in Jax Beach. The master bathroom was beautiful, especially the shower, that is my favorite part about the house. The outdoor and backyard area was super nice and relaxing, with a nice heated pool, outside sitting area with TV, corn hole and a grill. It's only two blocks to the beach. Is close grocery stores, restaurants and the highway. We really enjoyed our time here!
This place was an easy yes from the moment we arrived. The walk to the beach is quick, and coming back to the house was just as enjoyable. We spent most of our time outside. The pool was awesome, and the fire pit and outdoor TV made evenings a highlight.Inside, everything felt comfortable and well planned. The beds were great, the kitchen was set up for actual use by the whole family, and the layout gave everyone space without feeling spread out. The game room and garage hangout were a fun bonus and kept everyone comeptitve and entertained. We had a blastThe overall experience was relaxed, thoughtfully put togther, and we wanted to stay longer if we could have. We’d absolutely stay here again.
