This property is your home away from home. It is CLEAN, spacious, beautiful and well appointed with everything you could need. The beds are very comfortable. The living room is bright and cozy. The bathrooms are large and luxurious. The elevator was wonderful to have and convenient for our elderly dog. The garage has games for both adults and children. Chefs kiss to that butler pantry it was a pleasant surprise. It had plenty of room which allowed us to keep all of our groceries and other items out of site during our stay which I loved. To top it off, we were steps from the beach and could go anytime we wanted. Taking the chairs at night before sunset was the best way to end our evenings. It was truly a relaxing property.
We stayed 8 nights and we were not ready to leave. This house makes you feel like you are right at home and not in a cold and uncomfortable vacation rental.
The welcome Home team is responsive and amazing to work with. We have rented several properties with them and would never book with anyone else in the Jax beach area. Their homes and company are a step above anyone else and you will not be disappointed.
Beautiful property! Easy, short walk to the beach. Close to so many great restaurants and amenities. Will definitely stay here again when we come back to Jax Beach.

We had an incredible stay at this stunning vacation rental! The home is a brand new build and beautifully designed — modern, sophisticated, and thoughtfully laid out. It’s clear that a lot of care went into every detail. The location couldn’t be better — just steps from the beach, which made it so easy for our family to enjoy sunrise walks, afternoon swims, and evening sunsets without ever needing to get in the car.Inside, the house was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need. From kitchen essentials to beach gear, everything was provided and of great quality. The beds were especially comfortable — everyone in the family commented on how well they slept! The furnishings and finishes throughout the home made it feel both luxurious and welcoming.We also want to give a big thank you to the management company. Communication was clear and easy from the start, and they were friendly, responsive, and professional throughout our stay.We’re already talking about when we can come back. Highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a comfortable and upscale beach vacation!
From the moment we pulled up, we knew we were in for something special. My family nicknamed it the Taj Mahal the second we walked in — and they weren’t wrong. This brand new build is absolutely stunning: modern, clean, high-end, and perfectly balanced between luxury and comfort. The location is unbeatable — less than a block from the beach, which made quick trips back and forth effortless. Inside, the home was fully stocked with everything we needed: a great kitchen, beach supplies, games, laundry, and more. The beds were incredibly comfortable — better than mine at home, honestly. There was plenty of room to spread out, yet it still felt warm and inviting when we were all together. Big thanks to the management team — they were responsive, helpful, and made the entire process easy. We can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!
I've been to many vacation rentals and this house was among the best appointed properties I've ever seen. It was completely turn-key. The house is open and airy with the most amazing ocean view! Beds were comfortable, linens and towels fresh and plentiful. I was blown away by the beautiful decor and thoughtful amenities at DuneRise. Every detail was perfect, from the stylish furnishings to the fully equipped kitchen. It was a true home away from home.In addition, the management company was top-shelf and great to work with. They sent me all the information I needed well in advance, and were quick to respond when I needed them for local recommendations.
Well appointed 3 story townhouse. Upscale appliances, high end bedding and mattress in each of three primary suites. Located half a block from the ocean on quiet street. Management company could not have been more accommodating, highly recommended. Would stay in this property again in a heart beat!
The home was impeccable. High end , well decorated , with beautiful finishes. It felt like home. Too bad we only had to stay for one night. The kitchen was fully stocked and the home even has an elevator , definitely accessible. We definitely recommend this home for families looking to get away for short or long term stays.
