We loved the pool area and the location was perfect for our needs! Clean home. Plenty of pool towels. Kitchen was clean an had everything needed.
My family of 5 had a great time! The house was high quality and very clean. Plenty of games for the kids and the backyard/pool was awesome! Great location near the park and restaurants. Also, a convenient trip to St. John's Town Center for a stop to the Lego store and Top Golf.
Bungalow was beautifully appointed and conveniently located. Will stay there again if available.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Beach Bungalow. The house was well equipped (the best I’ve ever had with a rental), including nice cookware and utensils, plenty of cleaning supplies, all the beach stuff, bikes, etc. The house was spotless at check in, the pool was serviced regularly, and they even popped by to pull the trash cans down for us on trash day. Yvonne’s communication was excellent and she was friendly and quick to respond. The location was perfect - bikeable to the beach (even walkable especially considering there is a beach wagon to load your stuff into) and there are tons of good restaurants and shopping within a short drive (we’re talking 5 minutes). 15 minutes to TPC and Jax Beach Golf. The outdoor space was AWESOME especially the massive deck with lots of seating space and a TV. We will definitely be returning and renting through Welcome Home again, can’t say enough good things are them and the quality of the home we rented!
The house was perfect for our stay! Kitchen was well stocked and beds were comfortable. The patio and heated pool were amazing! A mile from the beach, restaurants and stores, Publix, Trader Joe’s and Target conveniently located! Will definitely return when visiting our family in Jacksonville!

We had a great time! I appreciated Yvonne and team allowing my cousin’s family to come visit during the day so they could meet our baby. Home had everything we needed. We cooked some meals & had take out at local restaurants. The heated pool was fantastic! Great seating and lounging spaces in the backyard in sun & shade. Plenty of fun pool floats. Corn hole and outdoor tv too.
Local park about a 5-8 minute walk is great for all ages. Huge playgrounds and sports fields. About a 18-20 minute walk to the beach! We didn’t swim but walked at beach. Hosts provided all the beach gear in the garage which was great if we had needed it.
We could walk to the grocery store & restaurants as we didn’t have a car. Great open plan layout so we could all be together. Pack & play & high chair provided. Bring pack & play sheet. Quiet neighborhood, house is off a main road but we didn’t hear road noise at night only garbage truck on garbage day. Wonderful stay overall!
The House had everything we needed.
Nice kitchen, 3 bedrooms (all with Smart TV), large living space (another Smart TV) and a nice backyard with pool (one more Smart TV).
My wife and I enjoyed a nice game of ping pong after dinner but you can find lots of things to stay or get active!
We stayed with our yellow Labrador retriever (10 years by now) and he enjoyed the large porch, lying in the sun by the pool and the area in general (park and nice quite streets to go on walks).

We had a wonderful stay — the location is ideal, very walkable to great restaurants and the beach. The pool and deck area are perfect for lounging and relaxing, and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need. We’d love to come back!
