Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Beach Bungalow. The house was well equipped (the best I’ve ever had with a rental), including nice cookware and utensils, plenty of cleaning supplies, all the beach stuff, bikes, etc. The house was spotless at check in, the pool was serviced regularly, and they even popped by to pull the trash cans down for us on trash day. Yvonne’s communication was excellent and she was friendly and quick to respond. The location was perfect - bikeable to the beach (even walkable especially considering there is a beach wagon to load your stuff into) and there are tons of good restaurants and shopping within a short drive (we’re talking 5 minutes). 15 minutes to TPC and Jax Beach Golf. The outdoor space was AWESOME especially the massive deck with lots of seating space and a TV. We will definitely be returning and renting through Welcome Home again, can’t say enough good things are them and the quality of the home we rented!
