It was absolutely wonderful! 10/10!! From booking to follow-up to answering my questions to check-in and check-out, Mike and Yvonne were super helpful! The house itself was everything we could have wanted or needed and more! Everyone loved it! We will be coming back!
The house was beautiful and large. Easily able to accommodate a large family. The out door area was spacious as well and the pool was awesome. The extra amenities in the garage were very fun and they also have an electric car charger. Fantastic stay.
We stayed here for three nights for a bachelorette party at the end of July/beginning of August. I would stay here again for a girls trip or a family trip.
The location was great. It was just off the main highway that takes you back toward downtown Jax and the airport, but also not very far from the highway that runs north and south along the beach. Target, Nordstrom Rack and the gas station were all close.
The beach is walkable, however we chose to drive because everybody (but the drivers) had a few drinks already. We really appreciated the beach chairs in the garage. They were perfect for lounging in the sand. We intended to bring the beach umbrella provided but forgot.
We did not have any kids on the trip, but I appreciated the gates were already installed for the stairs.
Only note was we ran out of toilet paper. If there was extra, we couldn’t find it. We also did not notify the host, but I’m sure they would have responded quickly.

Beautiful home!! We rented both homes and it was a perfect vacation for our family. They have a fate that is left open and my grandchildren were able to wake us up every morning and then run back to their side of paradise. A fantastic park is located at the end of the cul-de-sac. If you want to vacation with your family, but want to give each other space, this is the property for you.

We loved our stay here! The property is gorgeous, they really did a nice job renovating it. There’s so much to do in the backyard, not to mention the fact that South Beach Park is literally just down the street! Pickleball, bocce ball, swimming, putting, ping pong, billiards, s’mores around the firepit, card games, board games — there was ALWAYS something to do! The plentiful parking was appreciated, and it was really easy to just drive down Osceola Ave to drop people off / pick people up from the beach access (and Fla Juice and Bowl is right nearby for Acai Bowls)! In the mornings, there was Bold Bean a short walk away… I really can’t express enough how convenient this house’s location is. The shaded cabana and table were a nice reprieve from the sun in the backyard as well. As for Mike and Yvonne, they couldn’t have been better hosts! They were both so responsive on the app, and were happy to answer any questions I had. Would absolutely stay here again!
Great place. Great location, very walkable. Plenty of grocery stores and restaurants nearby. A little bit of a walk to the beach but it’s a straight shot. Pool and backyard area were fantastic. Beds were comfy. Plenty of space. Lots of activities to keep us busy. Very well stocked, had everything we needed. Didn’t want to leave.
