A perfect place for our family reunion! The house was gorgeous, the location - across the street from the beach - and the amenities (elevator!) were exactly what we needed. To top it off, the large covered deck on the 3rd floor was a perfect place to end our beach days. Additionally, when issues arose the management company was incredibly prompt with responses/resolutions.I wholeheartedly recommend this property!
This is an amazing 4 bedroom condo very close to the white sand beach. Well stocked. Nice pool. Great hosts. Safe neighborhood with lots to do. Thank you for the stay we will be back!

Me and my girlfriend seriously loved our stay here. The house is stunning — super modern, clean, and somehow even better than the photos. The pool area felt like a private little resort with all the palm trees and beautiful landscaping, and we spent so much time relaxing.
Inside, everything was spacious, stylish, and really comfortable. You can tell a lot of thought went into the design and details. The beds were comfortable, the common spaces were perfect.
The location was tricky at first but once we found it, it was very easy and communication with the host was always quick, and check-in/check-out was completely seamless. This easily ranks as one of our favorite Airbnb stays and we’d 100% come back. Highly recommend.

We decided on a last-minute trip to Florida for spring break with our teenage kids. Luckily, this property was available, and I couldn’t be happier that it was. The place is truly fantastic, with an unbeatable location. The beach access is right across the street, in a quieter part of Jax Beach away from the crowds. Having the option to relax by the pool or spend the day at the beach was perfect for our teenagers. :) We requested the pool heater be turned up, and the owner personally came by to do it. He was very helpful and shared the story of how he built this incredible property from scratch. The beds were so comfortable that even the kids commented on them. It was also convenient to have onsite laundry to keep the pool towels fresh. As someone who has stayed in many Airbnbs, this one ranks #1! Enjoy!
