Beach essentials are provided for each villa, as well as a washer/dryer for convenience. Walk to nearby restaurants and shops or stay in and savor the view. This was such an awesome place to stay. The location is unbeatable, and the beach is so stunning. And off the beach, it’s so easy to walk down the beach for dinner & drinks if you’re looking for a night out. And the condo was the perfect place to stay. The kitchen is gorgeous, fantastically comfortable beds, and the balcony is the perfect place to sit out and have a morning coffee. Plus the hosts are awesome and provide everything you need for a day at the beach — even boogie boards. Would recommend both the hosts & the condos!

My group really enjoyed The Ocean Villas that we rented. They were very nice, looked just like the pictures, provided everything we needed even items for the beach (beach towels, beach chairs, bicycles, boogie boards, etc.). We were able to do some day trips to St Augustine, Amelia Island, St Simon's Island as well as enjoying Jacksonville Beach. All day trips were within less than 90 minutes. The Jacksonville area had good restaurants and we often ate at Neptune Beach which was a very easy three mile drive or walk from The Ocean Villas. The hosts were very responsive to anything we asked them or needed. I would recommend both the hosts and the accommodations.

We thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our week of beach front condo life! We started each day taking in a beautiful sunrise easily from the back patios, took many walks on the beach throughout each day finding sharks teeth, loved having good food and shopping nearby and ended the days with our family of seven gathered around the kitchen or fireplace in the first floor condo. We loved the layouts of the condos with each bedroom having their own bathroom and was such a gift to have 2 condos to spread out when some quiet time was needed. The fabulous kitchen of 1A was the main hub of activity and has enough room for us to cook and prepare a nice dinner for 7 and then play board games at the bar and dining table. A couple of nights were cold outside so we enjoyed having a fireplace inside to warm up to after playing outside with the dogs. It was such a blessing to be able to have our entire family and dogs together at the beach for New Years! Many great memories were made here! Thank you!
