We had a great stay! The home was exactly as pictured, very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed.
The home is great! Very pretty and there were clear instructions on check in and check out! Would for sure stay there again!
Perfect spot for recovering at Mayo Clinic
It was comfortable for 3-4. We had 3 teenage boys and one slept on the sofa. I’m guessing the pull out sofa was the trundle bed in one of the bedrooms. Otherwise it was nice and peaceful. The pool was a good temperature and large enough for what we needed.

We have been staying at VRBOs for 13 years 2-3 times a year. This stay stands out as one of the best places. Why? The extras. Had K cup coffee, salon quality shampoo, paper towels.So many VRBOs are bare bones and I get it. When a place goes above and beyond, it stands out. Communication was top notch also. Way to go to the management.

My family had a wonderful time staying at the Palms Bungalow. The property is conveniently located; just 3 miles from Jax Beach (several great restaurants), and an easy drive to Everbank Stadium (Go Jags). The property is very spacious and homey, and the pool is obviously a fantastic amenity. The property management company is very responsive to any of your needs/requests, and demonstrates the utmost professionalism. This is our second time staying at a Welcome Home Rentals property, and we will DEFINITELY be making this an annual occurrence.
As always, the property management company goes above and beyond to accommodate!! The house has a perfect layout for a group to spread out and the pool and other amenities far surpass any other properties we’ve stayed at in the Jacksonville area!!
