We had a fantastic stay at this home and would happily return! The house was spotless, beautifully updated, and extremely well organized. It had everything we needed and then some, which made our stay incredibly easy and comfortable.What really made this property stand out was the backyard. It was absolutely fantastic! Between the private pool, pickleball court, grill, and covered outdoor entertaining area, there was something for everyone. The outdoor space felt like a resort in our own backyard and was definitely our favorite part of the property.You can tell a lot of thought went into making this home comfortable and enjoyable for guests. It was clean, modern, well maintained, and had all the amenities we could have asked for. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this home to others!
This really is a wonderful property! The house is very nice- updated, clean, and well-appointed. The back yard is truly amazing- everything you could possibly want to do!
For a family with active kids, this was perfect for us. We originally looked to book in St Augustine, but this was a perfectly manageable and scenic drive. The pool was great to cool off after a long day exploring, and the pickle ball court and putting green allowed for the kids to burn off that remaining energy to settle down for the day. The location to the Jacksonville pier as well as local stores and restaurants worked well, and it was walkable distance to beach access. It was a plus too that much of the small things like towels, beach chairs, umbrella, even a cooler was tucked away in the garage for use.

We had a great week at the Pickleball House in Jacksonville Beach. The home was clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location, and the pickleball court was a unique feature that made the stay especially fun. The host provided a great space for relaxing and spending time together. Another major win was that the house was thoughtfully stocked with everything you would need, from cooking to a day at the beach.
Our only minor concerns were that the price felt a little high for the overall size of the property, and the pickleball court was somewhat cramped because of how close the surrounding fence was to the playing area. That said, we still enjoyed using the court and had a very nice stay overall. We would recommend the property to anyone looking for a fun and memorable place near Jacksonville Beach.
The design and style of the interiors along with all the exterior amenities of the pool, outdoor seating with TV, pickleball court, fire pit and other games made the entire place feel like a private resort. The team also was very responsive and helpful. I’ve stayed with this group before, and I would again.
The accommodations were exactly as described. Host were timely in their responses! We will definitely be staying here again!
We had the best time at this house, it had everything we needed and then some! The pool was a huge hit, and pickle ball ended up being the highlight for our kids (they played every single day). Breakfast outside every morning was such a treat too.
The location couldn't be beat… close to shopping, dining, and especially the beach. We'd happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect home base.
