This was our 3rd year in a row staying here, and again it did not disappoint. It is close to the beach and close to good restaurants. It is always clean and the backyard has a lot of fun things to do. The communication with the management group is top-notch. If you have any questions, they answer back immediately. I would highly recommend this home for any vacation. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Our kids LOVED the back yard/pool. Walkable distance to the beach and very close to tons of restaurants. The home was very welcoming and perfect for our visit in Jacksonville. It gave us lots of ideas on what we would like for a beach house if we bought one. Thank you!
This was our second stay in this relatively new property located a few short, walkable blocks from the beach. The home is well appointed with everything needed to make a beach stay comfortable and fun, including lots of beach chairs/umbrellas. The bedrooms are large and the beds very comfortable. The management company is first rate and very responsive to all needs and requests. Check in and out was very easy. Highly recommended and we will certainly try to stay here on our trips to Jax Beach.
Beautiful home with amazing amenities, truly its own oasis!
This is a beautiful home. We had a celebration for my husband who turned 65 and in the final stage of ALS. Family and friends came from 11 states to celebrate him. Every single person made a comment how beautiful and spacious the indoor and outdoor space was and perfect for this gathering. Thank you for allowing us to create a very memorable weekend for my husband.
This "Chic Luxe Home" rental in Jacksonville was a literal dream. The house is so beautifully decorated and appointed with everything you need (and super clean), and the back yard, pool, outdoor living spaces and putting green were unbelievable - an oasis in the middle of town. You could make the home by itself a complete vacation, but the location allows so much more. Situated between Jax Beach and Neptune Beach, you are 3 tenths of a mile from toes in the sand and any type of restaurant you can imagine. (Highly recommend Dockside and Jeff's Bagel Run!!!) Not to mention any and all shopping, entertainment and activities you could want. We especially appreciated that the home was pet-friendly and the hosts were super easy to contact and work with. Would 10/10 recommend.

We loved our stay here! The house was beautiful inside and provided everything needed, but we spent all of our time in the backyard, which was truly an oasis- super private and just perfect in every way. Great location, responsive host, and overall just a 10/10 experience. Would absolutely stay here again!
