Surfside was so close to beach. Beach items were a great help. Umbrellas and chairs in good condition. Appreciated the coffee pods and coffee condiments. Large bathroom was so delightful.
We had a great stay at this property. The location was perfect, steps to the beach. The house was clean and organized. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pots and pans for cooking meals. The outdoor grill was a plus as well.
The beds were comfortable, plenty of bath towels, soaps and shampoo made things convenient. Finally, beach towels were provided as well as beach chairs, umbrellas and a wagon to get supplies to the beach.
We would recommend this location to others.

My group had a fantastic stay at Surfside. We stayed in this same rental last year and loved it, so decided to rebook it. It is so close to the beach, but without front row pricing. They also provide nearly all the beach equipment you need which helps save room with packing. We also enjoyed using the elevator to help load the cooler for beach days. The only recommendations that I have would be to update the couch and to add a loveseat style couch. The current couch is okay, but for 8 adults, is not the most comfortable. Providing an extra couch will allow for a full party of 8 to sit comfortably for a whole movie. Still giving 5/5 stars because everything else is perfect. The owners are so responsive which is definitely a plus. PS the boats puzzle was the hardest puzzle I have ever put together.

Such a beautiful property! We truly felt right at home. The furnishing details were so thoughtfully done, and we practically lived on the porch the entire stay. There isn’t much of a yard, but who needs one when the beach is right there and the porch feels like heaven?
The home had so many great touches, from the light dimmers throughout the house to the electric shades on the porch. The elevator was also a huge hit with the kiddos. The location was fantastic, especially for those familiar with Jacksonville Beach.
Ivona was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay, and we really appreciated all of her kindness and communication. We would absolutely stay here again!
Beautiful property just steps from the beach. Well-maintained and comfortable. In town to attend a wedding, this was the perfect location for us to stay. If in the area again, we'd definitely consider staying here again. Check in/Check out instructions were clear and well communicated. We didn't have any issues at all during our stay.
We loved our stay! The house was so nice and being so close to the beach was amazing. Everything was clean and it had all you could need! Ping pong, umbrellas, beach chairs, a nice cooler - we didn’t have to bring any beach stuff! The rooms were spacious and the master shower was the stuff of dreams! We would absolutely stay here again. So close to the pier and all the things surrounding it. This area is wonderful. So many grocery stores and shops nearby.
