To date the best Vrbo property that I have found. Everything was 5 star beginning with the communication and the property being clean and being exactly as advertised . I highly recommend this location. You will not be disappointed.
They have everything you need to have a relaxing stay. House and property are in tip top shape, We will rent it again as we are in the area several times a year.
This place is perfect. Every amenity you could need. Fully stocked kitchen. Close to the beach. Responsive host. It truly felt comparable to staying in a hotel but with the added benefit of privacy. The house was pristine and squeaky clean when we arrived. 10/10.

Our family had the most wonderful stay at The 17th Hole! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The house is beautifully renovated, spotless, and thoughtfully designed with families in mind. There was more than enough room for everyone to relax, play, and spend quality time together.
The backyard was the highlight of our trip! The heated saltwater pool and hot tub kept everyone entertained for hours, while the putting greens, sand traps, and fire pit made it fun for both kids and adults. We loved having meals together outside, and the private casita with shuffleboard quickly became our favorite family hangout.
The fully stocked kitchen made preparing family meals easy, and the spacious bedrooms and comfortable beds ensured everyone slept well after fun-filled days. The location was also ideal—close to the beach for family outings and convenient to everything we needed.

We had a great stay with two families. Our two teenage boys loved staying in the pool house. The kitchen was very well equipped, and the beds were comfortable. The location was convenient, with grocery stores and the beach nearby.
A few minor issues: the driveway was full with just two minivans, the dishwasher didn’t clean dishes very well, the washing machine was very noisy, and the bathrooms were a bit small with very limited counter or storage space.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place.

Beautiful home with lots of space. The pool house is a little paradise all on its own! The kids loved the pool and mini golf in the backyard. Great location with very close proximity to the beach. We had an amazing time and will definitely be staying here again on our next trip back to Jacksonville Beach!
The home was beautiful, spacious, well maintained, and very clean. Even nicer than the pictures. We visited in late May and though it was hot some days, the pool was a great way to cool off. The rental was great value. Highly recommended!
This was a great home for myself and my friends to stay at for the holiday weekend and a friends wedding.
Welcome home rentals were very responsive to any questions I had and easy to get ahold of. I would recommend this home for any group looking for a long weekend by the beach.
