Great stay a little smaller than the picture but overall it was a great stay the kids really enjoyed the pool
We enjoyed a 2-week stay with our fur babies! The home matched the description and photos perfectly. From the moment we walked through the door, it was clear the property was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained.
The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking and preparing meals. The home is in a lovely neighborhood and convenient to Jacksonville Beach (approx. 1.25 miles).
After spending the day at the beach the outdoor shower was a bonus making it easy to rinse off the sand before heading inside. In the evenings, we enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and even had the opportunity to meet a few of the friendly local homeowners.
We also loved having the golf cart using it to get around just about everywhere. It made exploring the area so much fun and convenient!
The property management company was excellent to work with. They were friendly, responsive, and quick to reply to all communications.

We loved the layout of this home because it was easy to have family gatherings each night. It’s beautifully decorated and pristine clean. We loved the game room and the pool. It’s 1.5 miles to Oceanview Park which was fun for a beach day. The host was very responsive and helped us immediately when the AC wouldn’t shut off and made it super cold in the house. It was repaired the same day we called. We had an amazing time and would definitely stay here in the future if we’re in the area.

It was very roomy for the amount of ppl we had stay. Close to everything outside of home. Very clean. One negative is we should have been notified of the pool cleaner. He walked right in the back yard when everyone was out there swimming and sunbathing. If just our grandkids were out there it would have freaked them out as well as us. The pool cleaner was cordial and nice and apologized. A simple text that he was coming would have sufficed. Over all happy with it
The home was lovely, and equipped with everything you could possibly want and need. The home was beautiful, tidy and fully stocked with all necessary things for a vacation stay. Anything I thought I didn’t bring the home had. I can really say I appreciated that . We felt right at home. Our host responded very quickly to every question we had. We are so grateful to have been able to share your home with you !
Great retreat for a large family. All 12 of us had plenty of space. Super clean. Awesome layout, large open space in kitchen and common areas.The house was well furnished, so pack light. All the comforts of home. Beach towels, dish and laundry soap. I can't think of anything that was missing. It has a nice weber 3 burnner grill.The backyard was nice and private. The pool was clean and fun. With the beach so close we could spend time in both everyday. Again we had a great time at this location, we would highly recommend...
We just got home from a week-long stay and I wanted to share our review and encourage others to book this home.We had a total of eight adults and three children meet here for a family vacation. The ages ranged from 9 months to 84 years. The primary bedroom on the main floor was not only beautiful for the 84-year-old but also very convenient and large enough for "Nanny sleepovers". This house was beautiful and clean with plenty space for all of us to spread out.The pool was perfect with the sun shelf for the little ones. The neighborhood was great for evening walks. One of my favorite things was a mile long walk to the beach in the morning. We were also close to the stores if we needed a grocery run. Unfortunately, we didn't get to use the firepit because of a local burn ban but they also had that if you wanted it. This house is well equipped with everything you need and the host was great to work with. We are already talking about booking this house for next year.
