Great place and location! Outside space was fantastic!
We had six people staying at this house but truly can fit 10. There are four bedrooms and also an air mattress that someone could sleep on. You walk into this home. It’s one level, absolutely beautiful open concept, huge sliding doors that go out to an incredible backyard with a putting green and a saltwater pool. Walking distance from restaurants and the beach.
I will say, there are no games and no books if you are interested in that.
We just stayed at Surf Luxe and it did not disappoint. This is the cleanest rental home I’ve ever stayed at. Everything was in immaculate condition. We had an issue with getting the drip coffee side on the Keurig to work and they brought over a new coffee maker in the next couple of hours. Yvonne was always extremely fast and receptive when emailing back when I had any questions. We will definitely be back here for our next Jax trip!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful Surf Luxe property. We are thinking about returning for another stay next winter!
I’ve stayed in lots of air bnb over the years and I’d rank this in top 3. Very nice appliances, utensils, supplies to cook with, grill, TVs in every room, felt like home. Beautiful back yard and outdoor space. Comfy linens / mattresses, towels. 4 blocks from beach, cannot say enough! We will be back!
This place was absolutely amazing! The location was incredibly convenient—everything we wanted to see and do was just a short drive away. The backyard and pool area were the highlight—spacious, private, and perfect for relaxing after a day out. The house itself was spotless and very well-maintained, with no complaints. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it!

We enjoyed our stay! If you’re looking for a luxurious place with fun beach vibes Surf Lux is it! Every detail has been thought through to make guests feel relaxed and comfortable. The location is prime for all things JAX beach. Highly recommend for friends get away or family vacation.
The check in and check out process was super easy too.
This house had everything we could have needed for our family reunion. The heated pool out back surrounded by lush vegetation made it feel other worldly. We had the perfect yard and patio set up where we put up a projector and enjoyed family photos on the big screen at night with really cool outdoor lighting in and out of the heated pool. Inside we had all the space we could have ever needed in which our family could host a dinner in the kitchen and living room at the same time while enjoying the game on tv. 5 blocks to the beach was a piece of cake walk with our beach equipment that the house also offered up for us to use. We enjoyed every minute of our weekend here and will recommend Welcome Home Rentals to all of our friends in the future!
