We loved our stay so much! We were pleasantly surprised to see that the place felt much bigger than the pictures looked. It was cozy, but plenty of space for our family of 6. We rented a golf cart and that made trips to the beach very quick. They provided so many towels and plenty of beach gear, we hardly even had to use our own.
We would definitely love to stay here again for our next vacation!
It was beautiful and a great family place. The kitchen was well set up and the bathrooms were squeaky clean. The beds were take a nap comfortable. The kids loved the outdoor area! Had a problem with the door lock either not working or being smarter than me. But that was the only problem from start to finish.

Great stay at this Merrill Blvd property! The house is so well equipped - swimming pool, ping pong, Golden Tee - were all big hits! Big supply of coffee and creamer was a nice surprise. House is in great condition and very clean. We’d definitely stay again when visiting Jacksonville!
This is our favorite Airbnb in Jax Beach. From the Spanish tile floors, to the game room in the garage, to the beautiful kitchen, it really has an elevated sense of everything you need to feel at home. But it’s the outside that really makes it for us. I love the turf, so your feet don’t get dirty from grass. The outdoor tv is perfect for watching a game. The pool is the perfect size, and we love the addition of the basketball hoops. The string lights really make it magical at night. We always try to stay here when we can!
Absolutely fantastic place to stay! I needed a place to recover that was close to the Mayo in a quiet neighborhood. The place was absolutely perfect for me and my family. My only small gripe is the low flow feature on the kitchen sink. The beds were comfy, the place was clean and spacious, the backyard was sweet, kitchen was fully stocked, and communication with host was good. Also, cleaning and check out procedure wasn’t outrageous. Definitely recommend.
The house was clean, they were well stocked on beach supplies (Thank you), the only suggestion I would have is some beach toys/pool toys. We did leave bubbles for the next child :) The host responded quickly to any questions.
This home was perfect for us on this trip. It was part pleasure (enjoy the beach) and part health related (get a quick procedure at Mayo). The house is perfectly located within minutes of the beach and all it has to offer and to Mayo if you're a patient or visitor. We were there for 10 days and only had 2 meals out. The rest of our meals we prepared ourselves at the house. This is the cleanest, best equipped Airbnb house we've ever stayed out. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare and store our own meals. There's a Publix and Whole Foods within 2 miles. The home is comfortable and designed to allow for gatherings downstairs but privacy and quiet upstairs. The heated, salt water pool is delightful and the backyard perfect for a BBQ or alfresco dining...of just chilling by the pool. We played, we rested and we recuperated here. The host is super helpful and responsive. We'll be back here again.
