We loved our stay at your home! The home clean and fully stocked to make everything you might need even a pack and play for our youngest! The backyard was a dream for the kids ( zero entry), workout area for the adults , cold plunge and even a sauna ! There was even a game room in the garage which was so nice on the rainy days we experienced.
Amazing house! Tons of room and very entertaining for my family of 7! They had it all!!! Down to the baby gates, beach chairs, beach umbrella, wagon, coloring stations, putting green, sauna, cold plunge, pool, outside tv, washer/dryer, and so much more. Never been so impressed with a vacation home! They thought of it all! We ate dinner at Eleven South and it was delicious just minutes from the house (great steak, even better pork chop). Public beach access not far at all. Great water pressure in the showers!
Amazing stay. House was equipped with everything you could think of. Plenty of room for all of our family to relax and have fun.

Had a great time at this house. Pictures did not do it justice as we thought it was a lot bigger and spacious than described. Cleaning crew was still in house when we arrived but team was on it fast. Neighborhood kids had to get into back yard for a ball , but no major issues. If you do have pets here I would bring blankets to cover up some light furniture, we always are very cautious but not a requirement. We had fun celebrating my son’s birthday and would stay here again. Yvonne was great to work with and very responsive.
We spent a wonderful Christmas here. The layout worked really well for us - the main floor was perfect for spending time with family - we liked the expansive kitchen counters, large dining room table, and lounge area. Two couples stayed upstairs, each bedroom with its own bathroom. Two individuals stayed on the middle floor and shared a bathroom. My elderly mother sometimes has trouble with stairs but thought the stairs were easy to climb. We all enjoyed swimming and sitting by the pool - the weather was in the 70s. We didn't use the garage but it looks like a good hangout area with games and a bonus refrigerator, as well as a couple of bicycles and beach chairs. We successfully parked 3 vehicles in the driveway - a 4-door sedan can squeeze in behind a Subaru Outback. 4 cars should fit but maybe not if any are a large truck or longer car. It's in a quiet area less than a mile to the beach but walking requires crossing a busy road at the light. It was better for us to drive.
