Saltwater Retreat is a spacious 4 bedroom 2 ½ bath home located in a quiet beach neighborhood. You’ll find this home to be very comfortable but also fun and exciting. A spacious layout features an open kitchen, dining & living space perfect for a quick getaway or long term luxury.  Each of the 4 uniquely themed bedrooms and a pet suite are spacious and offer a comfortable night’s sleep for everyone, even your pets. The “beach vacation feeling” continues into the backyard. The private heated salt water pool, comfortable seating, BBQ, sandbox and outdoor shower, allow you to enjoy the beautiful days & nights in Jacksonville Beach. If you choose to venture out, beach chairs and beach cruisers are waiting for you in the garage. Explore the local attractions, restaurants and beaches that are only a short bike or car ride away.

This home is dressed with HDTV, WIFI, fully stocked gourmet kitchen including a blender, Keurig, crock pot, and toaster; all you need is food. It also has a full size washer and dryer, a gas grill. Linen will be provided for all beds including the extra sleeper in the master bedroom.Towels and beach towels are also provided.

Event must be between 9AM-9PM
Maximum number of guests is 20 including those staying in the home.
All vehicles must be parked in the 5 standard sized designated parking spots. On street parking is not permitted.
