There is a dedicated dining room, office, kitchen, laundry room & pantry, and private living room downstairs. Lounge and watch TV in the Florida Room while overlooking the screened in heated pool.

All vehicles must be parked in the 9 standard sized designated parking spots. On street parking is not permitted.
