An event can last up to 4 hours
The event must be between 9 AM-9 PM
The maximum number of guests is 20, including those staying in the home.
All vehicles must be parked in the 4 standard-sized designated parking spots. On-street parking is not permitted.
The following are prohibited: fryers, smokers, DJs, bands, fireworks, candles and confetti.
