Walk through the front door to the open concept fully stocked gourmet kitchen including an induction stovetop, dining and cozy living room complete with a fireplace and smart TV. The sliding doors open to reveal a heated saltwater pool and outdoor living space with a gas grill, propane provided. Lounge by the gas fire pit on the front terrace or indulge in lawn games while listening to the crashing waves.

Level Two:
Luxury living for your guests on this level with a king guest room, a bunk room with two bunks and en suite bath, and a second king guest room with full bathroom off the hallway. This level also features a laundry room with a full sized washer and dryer.

Level Three:
Let’s talk about the views! The upper level features the primary suite with a king bed, large ensuite floor to ceiling marble bathroom with a double vanity, oversized shower, separate water closet, and huge private balcony with seating area and stunning ocean views! The game room complete with shuffleboard, ping pong and arcade games also has a full size daybed for any overflow guests. There is a full bathroom off the hallway for your guests. This level also has a coffee bar and a wet bar with mini refrigerator for easy access. No need to go down to the kitchen for your coffee in the morning!

Need additional accommodations? We have 2 to 8 bedrooms homes, most with private heated pools and several with fun game rooms. All can be seen on our below site. Ask about our weekly, monthly and multiple property discounts. We also partner with local beach bike and golf cart rental companies that will drop these off at the house. Welcome Home Rentals House Rules:

Primary renter must be 25 years old and must sign the renter agreement.

All pets must be approved and there is a pet fee. Additional pet fees may apply based on breed, size and number of pets.

All events must be approved.

Check in is 4pm and check out is 10am. Unauthorized early check ins or late checks outs will be charged $100 per hour fee.

Loud noise is prohibited after 10:00pm and before 9:00am per City Ordinance enforced by the local authorities. Failure to adhere to city ordinances will result in immediate eviction.

*** Pool heaters are turned off 5/15 - 9/15. Contact management 72hrs prior to your arrival to request pools heated. Guests use pool at own risk. ***
