Sea Breeze is a unique modern and upscale beach getaway with 4 bedrooms and 2 ½ baths in a quiet beach neighborhood. The home is 8 blocks, approximately 0.6 miles from the beach. The retreat features an open floor plan that is perfect for your stay. All bedrooms are on the second level, allowing for ample open space on the first level. The private heated pool, outdoor shower, comfortable seating, and gas grill will enable you to enjoy the beautiful days in Jax Beach. There is also a sparkling Air Stream in the backyard equipped with a card table and bench seating, making it a great place for the kids and kids at heart to hang out and play board games and enjoy. The game room features ping pong, shuffleboard, foosball, a vintage arcade, and a TV lounge.

This PET-FRIENDLY beach house has smart T Vs in every bedroom, WIFI, a fully stocked gourmet kitchen with a blender, Keurig and regular coffee makers, and a toaster; all you need is food and drinks. It also has a full-size washer and dryer and a gas grill. Linens will be provided for all beds, including the extra sleeper in the living room and the two beds in the Air Stream. Bath and beach towels are also offered, as well as beach gear – beach chairs, cart, blanket, and cooler. The garage has been converted into an air-conditioned game room, so you have everything you need without ever leaving the house!

POOL HEATERS: The pool heaters are electric and draw in heat from the outside air warmed by the sun. Heat pump pool heaters work efficiently if the outside temperature exceeds the 45–50°F range. When temperatures drop below 45°F, the heaters will not be able to reach a comfortable temperature for swimming. Although we rarely experience lows below 45°F, it can happen during the winter months.
