Newly renovated single story 5 bedroom 3 bathroom pet friendly beach house with private backyard retreat. Just 8 blocks to the beach and approximately 5 miles to Mayo Clinic with all the backyard amenities you will need in a quiet family neighborhood. Heated saltwater pool, hot tub, multiple putting greens with sand traps, fire pit, grilling area, covered outdoor dining, and ping pong table. Lounge in the pool and watch your favorite shows on the outdoor TV. Everything you need is at your fingertips!

The main house has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with an open living room, dining room and fully stocked kitchen complete with both a Keurig coffee maker and a standard coffee maker. The casita pool house has a queen bed with a queen pull out sofa bed and half bathroom with an outdoor shower plumbed with hot and cold water. The casita also has a shuffleboard table. All rooms are equipped with Smart TVs. We also provide all the needed linens, pool/beach towels, yard games, and a Weber gas grill. Guests have full access of the home excluding supply storage closets.

All vehicles must be parked in the 2 standard sized designated parking spots. On street parking is not permitted.
