On the first level, you'll find a guest bedroom (2 double beds in one unit, bunk room with 2 twin-over-full bunks in the other), a full bathroom with tub/shower combo, and a dedicated laundry area. The second level features a beautiful open-concept kitchen with a large island, upgraded appliances, a 5-burner gas stove, and a dining and living space that flows seamlessly to a private balcony. A convenient half bath is also located on this floor. The third level include two spacious bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. In each primary suite, enjoy a large walk in shower, with one also offering a jetted tub.

DOG FRIENDLY: We warmly welcome four-legged CANINE friends. No cats, please. (They don't like the beach!) There is a Pet Fee of $150 per pet. When you reserve, please indicate if you will have animals with you. This is REQUIRED. By booking with your dog or dogs, you are agreeing that you have reviewed and agreed to the following guidelines: Maximum limit allowed: 3 dogs NO aggressive or unsocialized dogs will be permitted to stay on the property. Must be completely house-trained or kept in a kennel when left alone. Our beach communities are extremely welcoming to animals, and we are a very dog-friendly community. Due to our wonderful weather most of the year, you can easily take your furry friend to many restaurants or bars with outdoor seating available, and they will provide them with water and head pats.
