This renovated beach house is a beautiful 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath home situated in a tranquil beach neighborhood, providing everything you need for your perfect coastal getaway. The spacious, open layout features Smart T Vs in each room, Wi Fi access, and a fully stocked gourmet kitchen.

The backyard is designed for relaxation and fun, featuring three types of grills and a newly completed saltwater heated pool with a swim deck.

This beach house comes with Smart T Vs in every bedroom, Wi Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen with a blender, Keurig and regular coffee makers, and a toaster—just bring your food and drinks! Additionally, you'll find a full-size washer and dryer in a separate laundry room.

There is a Pet Fee of $150 per pet. When you reserve, please be sure to indicate if you will have animals with you. This is REQUIRED. By booking with your dog or dogs, you are agreeing that you have reviewed and agree to the following guidelines:
Maximum limit allowed: 3 dogs
NO aggressive or unsocialized dogs will be permitted to stay on the property.
Must be completely house-trained or kept in a kennel when left alone.

Our beach communities are incredibly welcoming to animals. Due to our wonderful weather most of the year, you can easily take your furry friend to many restaurants or bars with outdoor seating available, and they will provide them with water and head pats.

POOL HEATER WINTER MONTHS
The pool heaters are electric and draw in heat from the outside air that has been warmed by the sun. Heat pump pool heaters work efficiently if the outside temperature remains above the 45–50ºF range. When we experience lows below 45º, the heaters will not be able to reach a comfortable temperature for swimming. Though we rarely see temperatures with lows below 45º, it can happen in the winter months. Thank you for understanding.
