The amazing backyard is complete with an outdoor kitchen, 3 refrigerators, gas BBQ, smoker, ice maker, fire pit, hammock, tv, games, and much more. You will not want to leave this special retreat even though you are only a short 11 blocks (approx. half mile) from the beach and 2 blocks from Sunshine Park. Heated saltwater pool with swim deck was just completed February 2022!

All events must be approved
1 event per reservation
Event can last up to 4 hours
Event must be between 9AM-9PM
Maximum number of guests is 20 including those staying in the home.
All vehicles must be parked in the 4 standard sized designated parking spots. On street parking is not permitted.
