Step outside and discover your private oasis. Spend your days lounging by the heated pool, practicing your swim on the putting green, or relaxing beneath the shaded pergolas. In the evenings, the backyard transforms with ambient night lighting, perfect for a refreshing dip or cocktails poolside. Outdoor dining and a gas grill make it easy to gather and create lasting memories.

Inside, the open concept floor plan welcomes you with bright, airy living spaces. The spacious living room flows seamlessly into the dining area and fully stocked gourmet kitchen, complete with everything you need to cook and entertain.

Upstairs, you'll find four comfortable bedrooms, including a primary king suite with its own spa-like bathroom, plus guest rooms featuring king and queen beds to fit families and groups of all sizes.

For extra fun, head to the game room, equipped with ping pong, shuffleboard, and more. Beach gear - including chairs, towels, an umbrella, and a rolling cart - is also provided, so your ready for sunny days by the ocean.

This is a dog friendly beach house with smart TVs in every bedroom, WIFI, a fully stocked gourmet kitchen including a blender, Keurig and regular coffee makers, and a toaster; all you need is food and drinks. It also has a full size washer and dryer, a gas grill. Linens will be provided for all beds, including the extra sleeper in the living room. Bath and beach towels are also provided, as well as beach gear – beach chairs, cart, blanket, and cooler. The garage has been converted into a game room, so you have everything you need without ever leaving the house!

POOL HEATERS:
Pool heaters are turned off from 5/15 to 9/15 as the pool temperatures are at or well above the 85 degree threshold. To request that the pools be heated between 9/15 - 5/15, contact management 72 hours before your arrival. Pools will not be heated for last minute bookings. The pool heaters heat the pools to 85 degrees. When we experience lows below 45 degrees, the heaters will not be able to reach a comfortable temperature for swimming. Though we rarely see temperatures with lows below 45 degrees, it can happen in the winter months. Thank you for understanding.
