Pickleball Paradise is an updated, professionally decorated 4 bedroom 2 bath townhome located in a quiet beach neighborhood just 5 blocks to the beach. The backyard oasis features a pickleball court, putting green with a sand trap feature, large heated pool, fire pit and separate covered seating area. This townhouse is single level with an open concept living, kitchen and dining room.

This PET FRIENDLY beach house is dressed with smart TV’s, WIFI, fully stocked gourmet kitchen including a blender, Keurig, regular coffee maker and toaster; all you need is food and drinks. It also has a full size washer and dryer, a gas grill. Linens will be provided for all beds including the air mattress. Bath and beach towels are also provided as well as beach gear – beach chairs, cart, blanket and cooler. Garage has been converted into a game room, so you have everything you need without ever leaving the house! Queen air mattress located in main bedroom closet.
