This 3BR/2.5BA beach home is located in a quiet neighborhood & equipped with everything you need for your ideal coastal vacation/long term stay. Open layout features vaulted ceilings, beautiful kitchen, dining & living space. All 3 spacious bedrooms offer a comfortable night’s sleep. Beach chairs are provided in addition to linens & towels. Jax Beach's most popular park is just steps away! Pool construction was just completed on a beautiful saltwater HEATED pool with a swim deck. 

This PET FRIENDLY beach house is dressed with smart TV’s in every bedroom, WIFI, fully stocked gourmet kitchen including a blender, Keurig and regular coffee makers, and toaster; all you need is food and drinks. It also has a full size washer and dryer, a gas grill. Linens will be provided for all beds including the extra sleeper in the living room. Bath and beach towels are also provided as well as beach gear – beach chairs, cart, blanket and cooler.

This property is managed by Welcome Home Rentals of Jax Beach. We exclusively manage vacation rentals in Jacksonville Beach so our team is always minutes away if guests have any issues or questions. Need additional accommodations? We have 2 to 8 bedrooms homes, most with private heated pools and several with fun game rooms. All can be seen on our below site. Ask about our weekly, monthly and multiple property discounts. We also partner with local beach bike and golf cart rental companies that will drop these off at the house. Welcome Home Rentals House Rules:

Primary renter must sign the renter agreement.

All pets must be approved and there is a pet fee. Additional pet fees may apply based on breed, size and number of pets.

All events must be approved.

Check in is 4pm and check out is 10am. Unauthorized early check ins or late checks outs will be charged $100 per hour fee.

Loud noise is prohibited after 10:00pm and before 9:00am per City Ordinance enforced by the local authorities. Failure to adhere to city ordinances will result in immediate eviction.

*** Pool heaters are turned off 5/15 - 9/15. Contact management 72hrs prior to your arrival to request pools heated. Guests use pool at own risk.***
