4 bed 2 bath single story beach house with amazing casita boasting a game room is located on a quiet street in beautiful Jacksonville Beach. This house features two comfortable living areas (one in the casita) with a pull out sofa bed in each so there is plenty of room for kids and adults to spread out. The backyard has everything you need complete with a heated saltwater pool with large outdoor dining and a Smart TV with cable. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need for your dream vacation or long term stay! The backyard casita gives your family plenty of room to spread out and comes with all the games you could need, a dart board, pool/ping pong/air hockey combo table, and an XBOX!  We also provide all the needed linens, pool/beach towels, yard games, and a Weber gas grill.

This property is managed by Welcome Home Rentals of Jax Beach. We exclusively manage vacation rentals in Jacksonville Beach so our team is always minutes away if guests have any issues or questions. Need additional accommodations? We have 2 to 8 bedrooms homes, most with private heated pools and several with fun game rooms. All can be seen on our below site. Ask about our weekly, monthly and multiple property discounts. We also partner with local beach bike and golf cart rental companies that will drop these off at the house. Welcome Home Rentals House Rules:

Primary renter must sign the renter agreement.

All pets must be approved and there is a pet fee. Additional pet fees may apply based on breed, size and number of pets.

All events must be approved.

Check in is 4pm and check out is 10am. Unauthorized early check ins or late checks outs will be charged $100 per hour fee.

Loud noise is prohibited after 10:00pm and before 9:00am per City Ordinance enforced by the local authorities. Failure to adhere to city ordinances will result in immediate eviction.

*** Pool heaters are turned off 5/15 - 9/15. Contact management 72hrs prior to your arrival to request pools heated. Guests use pool and spa at own risk. ***

* Prices exclude minimum $300 security deposit.
