The house was recently renovated and has everything you need for your long term stay or beach vacation. Only 2 miles to Mayo Clinic and 4.2 miles to the beach, the house is conveniently located to all Jacksonville has to offer.

The open concept, single level house is built for entertaining and relaxing with two separate living areas, fully stocked kitchen, and a dedicated dining room. You also have the option to dine al fresco in the covered lanai or the amazing deck overlooking the marsh. All linens including beach towels are provided as well as beach chairs and a cooler. Brand new heated saltwater pool with pool deck and fire pit, what more could you need?

Event can last up to 4 hours
Event must be between 9AM-9PM
Maximum number of guests is 20 including those staying in the home.
All vehicles must be parked in the 4 standard sized designated parking spots. On street parking is not permitted.
Following are prohibited: fryers, smokers, DJ’s, bands, fireworks, candles and confetti
