This light and airy 4 bedroom, 2 bath beach house is the perfect place to spend your vacation with family and friends.  With four spacious bedrooms boasting luxury linens, private living, open kitchen and dining with bar seating, this house is designed for your comfort. Each room is equipped with a Smart TV. Only 1 mile to Mayo clinic and 2.5 miles to toes in the beach sand!

This PET FRIENDLY beach house is appointed with smart TV’s in every bedroom, WIFI, cable, fully stocked kitchen including a blender, Keurig and regular coffee makers, and toaster; all you need are food and drinks. It also has a full size washer and dryer in a separate laundry area and a gas grill. Linens will be provided for all beds. Bath and beach towels are also provided as well as beach gear – beach chairs, cart, blanket and cooler.

This property is managed by Welcome Home Rentals of Jax Beach. We exclusively manage vacation rentals in Jacksonville Beach so our team is always minutes away if guests have any issues or questions. Need additional accommodations? We have 2 to 8 bedrooms homes, most with private heated pools and several with fun game rooms. Ask about our weekly, monthly and multiple property discounts. Welcome Home Rentals House Rules:

Primary renter must sign the renter agreement.

All pets must be approved and there is a pet fee. Additional pet fees may apply based on breed, size and number of pets.

All events must be approved.

Check in is 4pm and check out is 10am. Unauthorized early check ins or late checks outs will be charged a $100 per hour fee.

Loud noise is prohibited after 10:00pm and before 9:00am per City Ordinance enforced by the local authorities. Failure to adhere to city ordinances will result in immediate eviction.
