The amazing backyard is complete with an outdoor kitchen, 3 refrigerators, gas BBQ, smoker, ice maker, fire pit, Smart TV, putting and chipping green, games, and much more. You will not want to leave this special retreat even though you are only a short 11 blocks (approx. half mile) from the beach and 2 blocks from Sunshine Park. Heated saltwater pool with swim deck was just completed February 2022!

1 event per reservation
Event can last up to 4 hours
Event must be between 9AM-9PM
Maximum number of guests is 20 including those staying in the home.
All vehicles must be parked in the 2 standard sized designated parking spots. On street parking is not permitted.
