Level One: Walk through the front door to the open concept fully stocked gourmet kitchen including an induction stovetop, dining and cozy living room complete with a fireplace and smart TV. The sliding doors open to reveal a heated saltwater pool and outdoor living space with a gas grill, propane provided. Lounge by the gas fire pit on the front terrace or indulge in lawn games while listening to the crashing waves.

Level Two: Luxury living for your guests on this level with a king guest room, a bunk room with two bunks and en suite bath, and a second king guest room with full bathroom off the hallway. This level also features a laundry room with a full sized washer and dryer.

Level Three: Let’s talk about the views! The upper level features the primary suite with a king bed, large ensuite floor to ceiling marble bathroom with a double vanity, oversized shower, separate water closet, and huge private balcony with seating area and stunning ocean views! The game room complete with shuffleboard, ping pong and arcade games also has a full size daybed for any overflow guests. There is a full bathroom off the hallway for your guests. This level also has a coffee bar and a wet bar with mini refrigerator for easy access. No need to go down to the kitchen for your coffee in the morning!
