The garage has been converted into climate-controlled game room with ping pong table and dart board. This vacation home promises to not disappoint.

Little less than half a mile to the beach and 6 homes from the best park at the beaches, which includes a brand-new skate park, tennis courts, sand volleyball courts, basketball courts, and a huge playground. We provide all the necessary equipment except skateboards. Also, it is close to many restaurants, bars, shopping centers, and grocery stores. The maximum number of guests is 16, including those staying home.
All vehicles must be parked in the 3 standard-sized designated parking spots. On-street parking is not permitted.
The following are prohibited: fryers, smokers, DJs, bands, fireworks, candles, and confetti
