Featuring three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a dedicated dining space, a freshly renovated kitchen, a living room with an oversized sectional couch, and an adjacent game room, all on one single level.  The private backyard retreat has a brand-new saltwater pool with a large swim deck and everything you need to enjoy your beach vacation or long-term stay!

Pool heaters are turned off from 5/15 to 9/15. To request that the pools be heated, contact management 72 hours before your arrival. Guests use the pool at their own risk.

Off Season (August 16-February 28) starting at $399

1 event per reservation
Event can last up to 4 hours
Event must be between 9AM-9PM
Maximum number of guests is 16 including those staying in the home.
All vehicles must be parked in the 4 standard sized designated parking spots. On street parking is not permitted.
