There is also a dedicated laundry area on this level. The second level boasts a beautiful kitchen with a large island, 5 burner gas stove, upgraded appliances and a beautiful open concept kitchen, dining, living space and balcony. There is also a half bath on this level for convenience. The third level has two bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms! The primary bathroom offers an amazing jetted tub and a large walk-in shower.

Let’s talk about the views! Wake up in the morning to the sunrise over the ocean or enjoy your coffee on one of the two balconies with ocean views. Relax in the evening and listen to the calming sound of the waves breaking on the beach. The backyard has a fire pit with ample seating and a gas grill with gas provided. Beach chairs, cart and towels are provided. The house is centrally located close to grocery stores, restaurants, and shops.
