Palms Bungalow is a single story 3 bedroom 2 bath pet friendly home located in a quiet intracoastal neighborhood just one mile from Mayo Clinic and three miles from Jacksonville Beach. You’ll find this home to be very comfortable and perfect for a quick getaway or a long term stay. The kitchen was just remodeled with all new appliances and the space features two living rooms.  The primary en suite features a beautiful and large walk-in shower. Each of the 3 bedrooms offer a comfortable night’s sleep for everyone and are equipped with smart TVs. The private pool, comfortable seating, screened-in patio, tiki bar, and gas grill allow you to enjoy the beautiful days & nights in Jacksonville Beach. The new tiki bar has ac, a mini fridge, couch, tv for streaming, and bar seating. This house is just one house down from Isle of Palms park, a five-acre family recreation park with tennis courts, playscapes, swings, grills, paved trails and a pavilion for picnicking. If you choose to venture out, beach chairs are waiting for you in the garage. Explore the local attractions, restaurants and beaches that are only a short car ride away.

This home is dressed with HDTVs, WIFI, fully stocked gourmet kitchen including a blender, Keurig, crock pot, and toaster; all you need is food. It also has a washer and dryer and a gas grill. Linens will be provided for all beds as well as towels and beach towels.

Welcome Home Rentals House Rules:

Primary renter must sign the renter agreement.

All pets must be approved and there is a pet fee. Additional pet fees may apply based on breed, size and number of pets.

All events must be approved.

Check in is 4pm and check out is 10am. Unauthorized early check ins or late checks outs will be charged $100 per hour fee.

Loud noise is prohibited after 10:00pm and before 9:00am per City Ordinance enforced by the local authorities. Failure to adhere to city ordinances will result in immediate eviction.

*** Pool heaters are turned off 5/15 – 9/15. Contact management 72hrs prior to your arrival to request pools heated. Guests use pool at own risk. ***

Event must be between 9AM-9PM
Maximum number of guests is 16 including those staying in the home.
All vehicles must be parked in the 5 standard sized designated parking spots. On street parking is not permitted.
