The Sand Castle is a spacious 2,510sq ft home with plenty of room for a family of 12 with two distinct living spaces. Enjoy a cozy rest in the open downstairs living room while the younger members of the family enjoy the upstairs living area. No vacation home is complete without a fully stocked kitchen; stainless steel appliances, Keurig and coffee, cookware and dishes, and a dedicated coffee/tea bar. There are 5 bedrooms, 3 full baths and a half bath, 2 living areas. Game room garage for some friendly competition. Everything you need to enjoy your stay with your family.

This beautiful home is tucked in a quiet, safe neighborhood and 1mi to the beach. Beach towels, cart, cooler, and umbrella are provided; just bring your suit and enjoy the ocean and salt air. Outdoor shower available at the home for those extra sandy days at the beach.

Pet friendly, work friendly (if you must), 3mi to Mayo, a short trip to local shops & restaurants.

Heated pool installed October 2022 with putting green.

Bring your boat if you like. There’s boat parking at the house and the marina is a short 3 blocks away!
