Little less than half mile to the beach and a few blocks from the best park at the beaches which includes a brand new skate park, tennis courts, sand volleyball courts, basketball courts and huge playground. We provide all the necessary equipment except skate boards. This home is close to many restaurants, bars, shopping centers, grocery stores and close to Mayo.
